Adult – 2.5 – 3.0 – 3.5 – 4.0 – 4.5 & Up
Seniors – 3.0 – 3.5 – 4.0
Shoals Jr. Circuit – 18 & Under, 15 & Under, 12 & Under (Will register @ Turtle Point)
Locations:
Adults – Cox Creek
Seniors – Court House Racquet Club
Juniors – UNA (Saturday, May 22)
Play will begin for Adults & Seniors on Friday, May 21 (Thursday, if needed).
Scoring:
Play will be two sets and a third-set tie-break in lieu of a third set. Juniors will be an 8-game pro set.
Two matches guaranteed

Entry fee is $25.00 per person per event. Entry deadline is Tuesday, May 18th. Draw and times will be available Thursday, May 20th at 12 noon by calling 766-6588.
Juniors by calling 757-0205.
(100% of all entry fees will go toward Alzheimer’s & Dementia Research)
Trophies will be awarded in all divisions. The player’s party will be Saturday night
at the Court House Racquet Club.
